Ingredients

Perfect for breakfast, brunch or anytime you are in the mood for a quick, easy, gooey, crunchy, buttery, nutty treat!
1 box Cinnamon Chip Swirl Beer Bread Mix
1 can (355 mL) carbonated beverage (lemon-lime soda, flavoured water, etc...
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8" x 8" cake pan. Mix packet one from the Cinnamon Chip Swirl Beer Bread Mix with the carbonated beverage. Pour packet 2 (cinnamon and sugar mixture) into a bowl. Mix brown sugar and melted butter in a second bowl. Scoop about 1/4 cup of the batter with your hands and dip and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place in prepared pan and repeat until batter is gone. Pour melted butter mixture evenly over all and sprinkle with the chopped nuts. Bake for about 35 minutes. Let cool slightly before pulling apart and serving.
